2. Membership and Conduct

By becoming a member, you agree to:

• Respect the privacy and boundaries of other members

You may not:

• Record, share, or distribute any content (images, videos, or messages) from or about other members without consent
• Use the platform to harass, exploit, or misrepresent
• Engage in commercial, promotional, or non-consensual behavior

We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these terms, with or without notice or refund.

3. Payments and Billing

Members are charged a monthly fee unless otherwise specified. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.

4. Content Ownership

You retain rights to the content you submit, but grant Met in the City a limited license to use it for purposes of delivering services, matchmaking, and community features.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee romantic outcomes, successful matches, or date experiences. Participation in the platform is voluntary and at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Met in the City shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including interactions with other members, third-party tools, or communication failures.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the most current version.
